Energy Medicine Sessions

We begin each session with a  brief discussion of any health concerns you may be experiencing, whether physical or emotional in nature.  Next, you get to relax on a massage table, fully clothed, and we begin to engage your energies in a “conversation”.  I am very intuitive in my process and also use energy testing  to show us where the body needs more support.  I have soothing techniques to help restore the energy flow and get your energies communicating with each other. This work is extremely relaxing, gentle, and you can feel the results immediately.
I am continually expanding my scope of my practice to include color therapy, essential oils, crystals, sound, energy medicine, etc. to enhance the healing process.  At the end of the session, I will explain some simple and customized self-care techniques that you can do at home to support the work that we’ve done and to keep your energies flowing.
